Customer Support Operations Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Operations Agent to join our team and provide fast, accurate assistance to our customers across chat, email, and voice channels. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries related to orders, accounts, payments, cancellations, and other services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or voice channels.
• Resolve issues related to orders, accounts, payments, cancellations, and other services.
• Provide accurate, timely, and customer‑focused support in line with company policies and service standards.
• Follow established workflows, procedures, and quality guidelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company products and services.
• Meet daily and weekly performance and quality targets.
• Escalate complex issues and report process or system‑related problems when required.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and colleagues to ensure effective service operations.
• Support the team during high‑volume periods and business‑critical situations.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support, contact centre, or a similar role.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with good attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems and tools.
• Willingness to work shift‑based schedules.
