About the role

We are looking for a Customer Services Specialist to join our team and provide accurate, comprehensive information to client inquiries. The role involves proactive problem‑solving and advising customers on our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries with precise and complete information.
• Proactively address non‑standard situations and seek optimal solutions for customers.
• Provide advice on the company’s products and services.
• Maintain internal reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian, both written and spoken.
• Clear, confident communication with proper intonation.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Proficiency with office software applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Minimum 1 year experience as an operator or in a similar role.

What we offer

• Shift work schedule (day 10:00‑22:00 or night 22:00‑10:00) with mandatory rotation.
• Official employment according to the Labor Code.
• Salary of 700 AZN per month plus bonuses.
