Call Center / Telesales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for confident and professional Call Center / Telesales Specialists to work with American clients from our Baku office. The position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, lead follow‑up, appointment scheduling and promoting the client’s services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in English.
• Make telesales calls, follow up leads and customers.
• Present and promote client services according to scripts.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
• Update call results and customer information in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned call and sales targets while maintaining a professional image.

Required profile

• Mandatory experience in call centre, telesales, telemarketing or customer support.
• Advanced or fluent English (spoken and written).
• Strong, clear and persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to lead conversations, handle objections and guide customers.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with a focus on targets.
• Full‑time availability to work onsite during US‑aligned hours (19:00–03:00).

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems, calendars and online tools.
