Business Development Manager for International Student Recruitment

About the role

Global University Systems is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead international student recruitment across B2B channels. You will work closely with company directors to expand and manage partnerships, promote our universities and colleges, and drive enrolment growth in Europe, North America or Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all student recruitment, business development, account management and marketing events for B2B channels in the assigned region.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract international students.
• Represent selected GUS institutions in target markets and maintain strong relationships with education agents.
• Create and execute plans to acquire new business in untapped regions and grow existing partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of recruitment goals with institutional objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting students for French higher‑education institutions.
• Professional fluency in French.
• Minimum a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Significant experience in the higher‑education sector, particularly with colleges or universities.
• Track record of developing B2B education‑agent partnerships and expanding business in new and existing regions.

Required skills

• French language proficiency (professional level).
