Business Analyst Intern

About the role

We are looking for curious and responsible individuals to join us as Business Analyst Interns. You will help understand system operations, solve business problems, and translate ideas into clear technical requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Map business processes and system workflows, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Use SQL and Excel to explore data, validate assumptions and support business decisions.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to clarify requirements, flows and integration needs.
• Prepare test scenarios, support user acceptance testing and document issues.

Required profile

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in English; Russian is an advantage.
• Basic SQL skills and confidence working with Excel.
• Understanding of software development fundamentals, databases and APIs.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and process diagrams.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, draw.io or Postman is an advantage.
