Associate Fullstack Developer (Front-End Focused)

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Fullstack Developer with a strong front‑end focus to join our R&D venture studio in Baku. You will work on modern web applications that power innovative products across AI, remote sensing and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build responsive user interfaces using React and Next.js.
• Implement server‑side rendering, static site generation and other Next.js strategies to improve performance and SEO.
• Manage client‑side state with Redux, Zustand or React Context.
• Create and maintain reusable component libraries.
• Integrate front‑end code with .NET backend APIs, handling data fetching, caching and error management.
• Collaborate with backend developers on .NET tasks, contributing to API changes.
• Implement authentication and authorization flows (JWT, OAuth2) and role‑based access control.
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility and responsive design.
• Support CI/CD pipeline configuration and Azure deployments.

Required profile

• 1.5+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Effective collaboration with backend, QA and product teams.
