About the role

We are looking for an expert to support the analytics and monitoring department of a bank. The role involves transforming raw data from internal systems into actionable insights and ensuring timely reporting on credit portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities

• Query and structure data from internal bank databases, converting it into formats optimized for analytical analysis.
• Prepare daily, periodic and operational analytical reports on the status of problematic credit portfolios and present findings to senior management.
• Monitor the efficiency of staff handling client follow‑up activities, including calls and field work, and produce regular performance reports.
• Execute current, urgent and special tasks assigned by management within agreed deadlines.
• Organize departmental activities in line with the bank’s development strategy and regulatory requirements, supervising execution and taking responsibility for overall performance.
