About the role

The Lead Analytical Expert will be responsible for regular analysis of the bank’s performance indicators and preparing analytical reports based on the findings. The role supports strategic plan monitoring, KPI development, and business case preparation for new products and services. Collaboration with various departments to collect and process analytical data is essential, as is delivering strategic insights to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular analysis of the bank’s activity indicators and produce analytical reports.
• Monitor strategic plan execution metrics and present reports to management.
• Participate in the preparation and analysis of KPIs for business lines.
• Analyze financial, operational and business dynamics of the bank.
• Assist in creating business cases for new products and services.
• Support data‑warehouse analysis, assess data quality and help build analytical models.
• Develop and improve dashboards and management reporting tools.
• Coordinate with structural units to ensure collection and processing of analytical data.
• Execute other analytical and strategic tasks assigned by leadership.

Required profile

• Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
• Business‑oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani language.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Intermediate SQL.
