A320 Captain

About the role

Our client, a well‑established carrier with a strong reputation for operational excellence and a growing international network, is seeking experienced A320 Captains to join their team. The position is based at a vibrant location and offers the opportunity to command the A320 family of aircraft (A318, A319, A320, A321) in a dynamic, safety‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Command flights on the A320 family, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
• Lead the flight crew and maintain compliance with all regulatory and company procedures.
• Coordinate with ground operations and dispatch to optimise flight schedules.

Required profile

• Valid ATPL (ICAO, EASA or FAA) with a current A320 type rating.
• ICAO Level 4 (or higher) English proficiency – both verbal and written.
• Minimum 3,500 total flight hours, including at least 1,500 hours as Commander (left seat).
• Recent command experience: at least 200 commander hours within the last 12‑18 months.
• Flight time on aircraft with MTOW ≥ 60 tons or equivalent, as assessed.
• No accident/incident record where the pilot was found at fault.

Required skills

• A320 family type rating (A318/A319/A320/A321).
• ATPL certification (ICAO/EASA/FAA).
• ICAO Level 4 English proficiency.
• Valid ICAO First Class Medical Certificate.
