About the role

The company seeks a sales professional to develop and execute sales plans for the Baku market in line with the overall sales strategy. The role involves setting targets, monitoring performance, and driving growth through effective team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Baku sales plans aligned with the company’s overall sales strategy.
• Define product sales targets and implement actions to achieve them.
• Monitor sales indicators and adjust strategies based on results.
• Lead and supervise sales representatives working in Baku.
• Organise training and mentorship programmes to ensure professional development of the sales team.
• Allocate work and ensure process efficiency across teams.
• Analyse customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Identify new potential customers and expand the client base.
• Collect and analyse information on competitor products and market trends.
• Implement initiatives to increase product sales volume.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, analyse sales data and inform management.
• Visit assigned sales points regularly to monitor sales processes.
• Conduct face‑to‑face meetings with customers and sales teams.

Required profile

• Higher education in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or management.
• Proven experience in developing and applying sales strategies.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Willingness to travel and work in an intensive schedule.
