About the role

The SOS Milli Office in Baku is looking for a reliable driver to transport staff, VIP guests, and donation boxes safely and on time. The role involves daily trips to designated addresses, handling vehicle maintenance, and supporting occasional travel assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver items to required locations according to the director's instructions, ensuring timeliness and safety.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle’s technical condition, cleanliness, and proper usage.
• Drive in compliance with traffic regulations and safety standards.
• Transport passengers, including VIP guests, ensuring punctual and secure arrival.
• Collect and deliver donation boxes according to a predefined schedule, recording quantities and locations.
• Report any damage, discrepancies, or issues with the boxes immediately to management.
• Participate in the opening of donation boxes on working days alongside SOS Child Villages staff.
• Communicate politely and professionally with donors, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit a monthly report to the Finance Department.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience as a driver.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of traffic rules and a commitment to safe driving.
• Attention to detail, punctuality and a professional attitude.
• Experience handling VIP transportation and willingness to travel for assignments.

Required skills

• Category B driving licence.
• Safe and responsible vehicle operation.
