Store Keeper / BMS Operator

About the role

Accor is looking for a Store Keeper / BMS Operator in Baku. The role combines monitoring and operating the Building Management System (BMS) with managing store supplies and spare parts.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and operate the BMS daily, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and other integrated building systems
• Identify, troubleshoot and report system alarms, respond to them and coordinate corrective action with maintenance technicians
• Maintain operating logs, alarm reports and equipment performance records, and generate daily, weekly and monthly BMS reports
• Monitor energy consumption and help with energy-saving initiatives
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors during maintenance and testing, and assist in preventive maintenance planning
• Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials, spare parts and equipment, and issue materials against approved requisition forms
• Maintain inventory records, conduct stock counts and audits, and prepare reorder requests
• Keep the store clean, safe and orderly, and record deliveries, issues, returns and stock adjustments

Required profile

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Graduate of a technical school in mechanical, refrigeration, steam generator, heating and air conditioning or plumbing, or a vocational education graduate
• Fluent Azerbaijani; English and Russian desirable
• Ability to work independently, in a team, with accuracy and attention to detail

Required skills

• General mechanical skills in plumbing, carpentry and technical equipment
• Knowledge of BMS platforms such as Siemens, Honeywell, Schneider and Johnson Controls
• Inventory management and stock control knowledge
