About the role

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis for the assigned area.
• Ensure the achievement of set sales targets.
• Inform customers about the bank's credit and non‑credit products and services.
• Perform cross‑selling activities.
• Execute additional queries and tasks assigned by management.
• Carry out other duties arising from the department's operations.

Required profile

• Higher education, preferably in economics or mathematics.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Intermediate knowledge of Russian and English.
• Strong time‑management and decision‑making abilities.
• Creativity, discipline, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and good communication skills.
