About the role

The company is looking for a Cost and Project Specialist to manage cost estimates, monitor project documentation, and ensure compliance with construction standards.

Key responsibilities

• Verify daily incoming orders and assign them to the appropriate projects.
• Collect and analyse data from prepared project documents.
• Adjust cost estimation documents according to changes during project execution.
• Check material consumption and the volume of construction, installation, and repair works.
• Prepare monthly technical cost analysis reports and handle related documentation.
• Reconcile orders written based on cost estimates with the actual estimates.
• Monitor compliance with project documents, construction norms, technical specifications, and other regulatory documents.
• Oversee demolition activities and the preparation of transfer acts for usable materials.
• Conduct regular warehouse revisions and identify non‑ordered items.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Higher education in Civil Engineering.
• At least one year of relevant experience in cost estimation and project documentation.
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to work with legal‑normative documents related to cost calculations.
• Familiarity with current cost calculation rules, coefficients for repair, installation, and construction works, and relevant legislation.
• Strong analytical thinking, punctuality, and good communication skills.

What we offer

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00‑18:00, weekends off.
• Net salary: 1,200 AZN per month.
