Service Manager – Automotive Service

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our automotive service department. The role requires strong leadership, a results‑driven mindset, and deep knowledge of vehicle maintenance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage the daily activities of the service department.
• Supervise technical service and repair processes for vehicles.
• Organise work distribution and service intake efficiently.
• Control the quality of work and ensure deadlines are met.
• Handle customer requests, complaints and grievances promptly.
• Implement measures to increase customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Monitor service sales, productivity and profitability indicators.
• Ensure occupational safety and compliance with technical safety rules.
• Apply Toyota corporate, technical and customer‑service standards.
• Prepare relevant service reports for management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive service management.
• Detailed knowledge of service processes, technical service and repair operations.
• Fluent in English and Russian (minimum C1 level, C2 preferred).
• Ability to lead a team and organise staff activities effectively.
• Strong communication, presentation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑oriented and results‑driven approach.
• Capability to analyse service indicators and KPIs.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
