Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. As a Senior Full‑Stack Product Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of customer‑facing features, automation engines and AI‑powered workflows that help property managers scale their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with founders, designers and operators to translate real customer problems into product specifications.
• Design, develop and ship full‑stack features using React, TypeScript, Python and FastAPI.
• Build event‑driven automation workflows that connect reservations, cleaning, payments and reporting.
• Create and maintain reliable APIs and integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Stripe, Twilio and OpenAI.
• Monitor production performance, gather user feedback and iterate to improve reliability and usability.

Required profile

• Strong experience delivering production software across both frontend and backend.
• Product mindset with curiosity about why users need a feature and ability to own outcomes.
• Comfortable working directly with customers, designers and founders in a fast‑moving environment.
• Self‑starter who can turn ambiguous problems into practical, shipped solutions.
