RFO Trainer (Olympiad Preparation Coach)

About the role

Maestro School is looking for an experienced RFO Trainer to lead the preparation of students for the Republic Olympiad in Subjects (RFO) and other academic competitions. The successful candidate will design curriculum, deliver lessons in Russian, and create tailored teaching materials that enhance analytical thinking. This position offers the chance to shape high‑performing learners and contribute to their long‑term academic success.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare students for RFO and other subject Olympiads through structured training programs.
• Teach problem‑solving techniques, competition strategies, and analytical approaches.
• Develop, adapt, and distribute teaching resources in Russian language.
• Monitor individual student progress and provide personalized feedback.
• Collaborate with the school team to ensure a supportive learning environment.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in preparing participants for RFO or similar subject Olympiads.
• Strong ability to work with students of various ages and skill levels.
• Deep subject knowledge combined with excellent analytical thinking.
• Fluent in Russian and capable of delivering instruction in this language.
• Responsible, team‑oriented, and able to manage multiple learners simultaneously.
