About the role

We are looking for a motivated volunteer to support our regional bank branch in Barda. The role involves welcoming visitors, providing initial information and assisting customers with their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and provide initial information to customers visiting the branch.
• Identify customer needs and direct them to appropriate service areas.
• Present general information about the bank’s products and services.
• Participate in daily administrative and organizational tasks of the branch.

Required profile

• Higher education student or university enrollee.
• Ability to work with customers and function well in a team environment.
• Responsible, attentive and proactive attitude.
• Demonstrate high service culture and customer‑oriented approach.
