Product Planning Specialist

About the role

The Product Planning Specialist ensures that production planning, material management, and warehouse logistics are executed in compliance with GMP standards. You will create and follow production plans, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and drive continuous improvement in planning efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute production plans according to company policies and GMP rules.
• Manage material requirements planning (MRP) and monitor warehouse activities such as inbound/outbound, stock control, and inventory counting.
• Execute processes within SAP PP/MM modules and maintain related documentation.
• Participate in system setup, development, and improvement projects.
• Prepare daily work plans, monitor production performance, and allocate resources based on standard times.
• Coordinate activities to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient use of workforce and inventories.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning and/or warehouse logistics, preferably in manufacturing (pharma, food, cosmetics, chemicals).
• Strong command of English and experience working on multiple projects.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
