Product Owner – Digital Services

About the role

Play a leading role in creating, developing and managing digital products within Azercell’s Digital Services division. You will own the product portfolio, including TV & OTT, mobile app loyalty offers and partnership‑based ecosystem solutions, and drive the product roadmap from concept to post‑launch optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and partner requirements.
• Build and continuously refine end‑to‑end product strategies from design through launch.
• Collaborate with internal units, technology teams, marketing, analytics, legal and external partners to ensure strategic alignment.
• Translate market insights and user needs into clear product requirements, user stories and backlog priorities.
• Lead product planning activities, including roadmap, release and dependency management.
• Act as the product owner with development teams, ensuring customer‑centric design and usability.
• Monitor product KPIs after launch, report performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support partnership projects, coordinating integration, roadmap alignment and commercial models.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Economics or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in product management or product ownership within digital services, OTT/media, telecom or technology environments.
• Hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end digital products from concept to post‑launch optimisation.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Strong analytical skills and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Familiarity with Scrum methodologies and daily collaboration with development teams.
