Product Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. As a Product Engineer you will work directly with founders, designers and property managers to turn real customer problems into reliable, intuitive software that automates reservations, guest communication, pricing, payments and more.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with property managers and internal teams to identify friction points and define high‑impact product ideas.
• Design, develop, test and ship end‑to‑end features across the full stack (frontend, backend, integrations, deployment).
• Create user‑friendly interfaces and operational dashboards that simplify complex rental workflows.
• Build event‑driven automation engines and AI‑powered workflows using LLMs and agents.
• Develop and maintain reliable APIs and integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI and Google.

Required profile

• Strong experience shipping production software and owning the full product lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently, make technical trade‑offs and turn ambiguous problems into practical solutions.
• Comfort interacting directly with customers, designers and founders to gather feedback.
• Curiosity about AI, automation and operational efficiency in the hospitality space.
