About the role

The bank is looking for a professional, responsible and customer‑oriented specialist to handle credit product applications. You will receive, analyse and process customer requests, assess financial potential and support the credit formalisation process.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer applications for credit products and services received from branches.
• Accept applications via mobile apps, website, social networks, SMS, Call Center and perform initial analysis.
• Provide advice to online applicants on credit products and services.
• Collect customer data (ID photo, credit history) and evaluate their financial potential.
• Prepare required documents within authorised limits and submit them to the responsible branch employee.
• Conduct cross‑selling activities and give customers advice on current issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 months of work experience in a similar role.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.
• Knowledge of Russian language is an advantage.
