Mechanic – Property Vehicles Maintenance

About the role

Perform routine and preventative maintenance on property vehicles such as engineering trucks, shuttle vans, and electric carts. Responsibilities include checking oil and fluid levels, tire pressure, charging batteries, and replacing spark plugs, as well as cleaning and lubricating tools and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper inventory of maintenance parts and requisition supplies as needed.
• Keep daily logs of operations, maintenance activities, safety incidents, test results, and equipment malfunctions.
• Follow all company safety, security, and environmental policies, reporting hazards and incidents promptly.
• Ensure personal appearance and uniform are clean and professional, and protect company assets and confidential information.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and positioning objects up to 50 lb, and conduct visual inspections of tools and equipment.

Required profile

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree.
• At least 2 years of related mechanical maintenance experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
