About the role

The Card Operations Department is seeking an Inspector to support the Card Operations Support Section. The role focuses on daily monitoring and analysis of overdraft situations arising from card products, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze overdraft cases on a daily basis, identifying inconsistencies in customer accounts and card transactions.
• Investigate relevant operations and transactions to verify the correctness and justification of overdrafts.
• Coordinate with appropriate internal units to address identified problems and inconsistencies.
• Handle inquiries and requests related to overdrafts, preparing accurate responses.
• Contribute to the preparation of overdraft reports and systematic data organization.
• Develop improvement proposals to prevent recurrence of overdraft issues.
• Perform additional tasks in line with internal procedures and regulations.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the card sector.
• General understanding of card products and banking operations.
• Analytical thinking for overdraft and card operation analysis.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to identify problems quickly.
• Team player with effective collaboration skills.
• Fluent written and spoken Azerbaijani.
