About the role

The bank is seeking an expert to lead the IT Risk Management department. The role involves identifying, assessing, and monitoring information technology and information security risks across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and monitor IT and information security risks in line with banking standards.
• Conduct risk analyses for IT processes, systems, and projects and present risk reviews.
• Participate in risk assessments for new products, services, and system changes.
• Develop, track, and report IT risk indicators (KRI).
• Analyze IT incidents, system failures, and security events from a risk perspective.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal control mechanisms in the IT area and propose improvements.
• Apply international risk frameworks such as Basel, ISO 27001, COBIT, and NIST.
• Prepare IT risk reports for relevant committees and senior management.
• Contribute to Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery risk assessments.
