About the role

The Internal Audit Office is seeking an IT Auditor to conduct and support audits across the bank and its subsidiaries. The role focuses on IT governance, risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and support audits of the bank’s IT environment, including infrastructure, policies, and operations.
• Develop and improve IT audit methodology, normative base, and related documentation.
• Assess the adequacy of IT risk controls, efficiency of operations, and cost effectiveness.
• Evaluate third‑party IT service providers, outsourcing agreements, and business continuity plans.
• Perform on‑site and remote audits, analyze data bases, and draft audit reports with observations and recommendations.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in IT Governance or IT Risk.
• Fundamental knowledge of IT system administration or networking.
• Proficiency with operating systems and ability to work with Microsoft Office and data‑analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and either English or Russian (written and spoken).
• Citizenship without legal restrictions.
