About the role

The Production Finance Controller will oversee all accounting and cost control activities within the manufacturing unit. This position ensures accurate recording of raw material, work‑in‑process, and finished‑goods inventories and validates production cost calculations.

Key responsibilities

• Daily reconciliation of accounting records and identification of discrepancies.
• Control of raw material, semi‑finished, finished‑goods, and work‑in‑process accounting.
• Verification of inter‑warehouse movements, returns, waste, and write‑offs.
• Analysis of account balances, turnover and cost accuracy.
• Investigation of variances in material consumption, output, technological losses and waste.

Required profile

• Higher education in accounting, finance or economics.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Practical knowledge of the full accounting cycle and production cost accounting.

Required skills

• Proficient use of the 1C accounting system.
• Experience with Meatsys (preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills – formulas, data consolidation and pivot tables.
