Front Office Manager

About the role

The Front Office Manager leads the front desk team at Four Seasons Baku, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient operations. This role combines staff leadership, guest service excellence, and coordination of front office activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and direct the Front Desk staff, including Assistant Front Office Managers and the Night Manager.
• Interview, train, schedule, and evaluate front office personnel, handling disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Monitor schedules and performance of staff in related departments to maintain service standards.
• Resolve guest complaints and respond to all guest inquiries with professionalism and hospitality.
• Coordinate arrivals, departures, billing, and room allocations, ensuring special attention guests and groups are properly handled.
• Ensure adherence to financial and credit procedures during front desk operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing front office operations in a hotel setting.
• Strong leadership abilities to supervise and develop front desk teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills for handling guest issues and special requests.
• Knowledge of hotel financial and credit procedures.
• Ability to coordinate room inventory, arrivals, departures, and billing accurately.
