Crew Logistics Coordinator (Nationals Only)

About the role

The Crew Logistics Coordinator ensures that offshore vessel and barge personnel are correctly manned, trained, and documented at all times. This role acts as the central point for crew movements, certification tracking, and coordination with training and project teams to support seamless offshore operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain required manning levels on offshore vessels and barges, ensuring all crew are onboard as scheduled.
• Prepare and issue weekly personnel matrices, tracking work schedules and time‑off.
• Verify that all required trainings, certifications, and documentation are completed before crew mobilization.
• Coordinate with training functions to update training matrices and arrange key trainings for offshore crew.
• Manage crew competency certificates, ensuring validity and accessibility for audits.
• Facilitate crew movements, handling passports, work permits, visas, and expatriate clearance documentation.
• Prepare crew boat schedules, sort and dispatch mail, and support emergency response and medical evacuation procedures.
• Conduct authenticity checks of crew certificates with training providers and maintain accurate records.
• Provide training to new site administrators and respond quickly to last‑minute logistics changes.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• Minimum 2‑3 years experience on EPCI projects involving offshore personnel administration.
• Fluent in English and Azerbaijani.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard PC software, especially MS Office.
