About the role

The company is seeking a senior mechanical engineer to lead the review, coordination and technical supervision of mechanical systems across large‑scale construction projects in Baku.

Key responsibilities

• Review mechanical project designs, perform technical analysis and ensure compliance with local and international standards.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors, review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and RFIs.
• Conduct site inspections, verify installation of HVAC, heating, cooling, ventilation, smoke extraction, VRF, chiller, AHU, FCU, boiler and water‑supply systems.
• Identify technical issues, risks and schedule impacts, and report them to management.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and participate in testing, commissioning, balancing and handover activities.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience on large residential, commercial, public or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of AZDTN, СНиП, SP, ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, CIBSE, BS, EN and IPC standards.
• Fluent Azerbaijani and good English communication skills.

Required skills

• HVAC, VRF, chiller, AHU, FCU, boiler, smoke extraction, water‑supply and sewage system expertise.
• Proficiency with technical drawings, specifications and documentation.
• AutoCAD and MS Office competence.
