Sales Manager – Electric Dump Truck

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead the Electric Dump Truck product line for SANY in Azerbaijan. The role focuses on building a customer and dealer network, executing sales plans and providing market intelligence to support our electric commercial vehicle strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Collect market and competitor intelligence for electric dump trucks and record findings according to company requirements.
• Drive sales and channel development for electric dump trucks, cultivating relationships with customers and dealers.
• Develop sales plans aligned with company targets and achieve assigned sales objectives.
• Support the Chinese management team in key account development, business negotiations and major project advancement.
• Monitor developments in the new‑energy commercial vehicle market and provide insights to inform sales strategy and product promotion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, International Trade or related fields.
• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in dump trucks, heavy‑duty vehicles, trucks or commercial vehicles; experience with electric or new‑energy vehicles is a strong advantage.
• Existing customer and channel resources, strong market development and customer acquisition capabilities.
• Familiarity with the commercial vehicle market in Azerbaijan and contacts in logistics, mining, construction or fleet operations is a plus.
• Native Turkish, fluent English and Azerbaijani language skills.
• Legal authorization to work in Azerbaijan and willingness to travel within the country.
