Manager, Specialist Sales - SME

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Specialist Sales – SME to lead the sales strategy for SME products across Georgia and Armenia. Reporting to the SME Sales Director, the role will drive revenue growth by managing a strategic pipeline, developing ecosystems and commercialising signed deals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SME sales strategy to maximise revenue and profit for Mastercard’s SME portfolio.
• Manage and grow existing SME relationships with financial institutions and non‑financial institutions.
• Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities within the SME segment.
• Lead the commercialisation of deals, ensuring measurable revenue impact.
• Support regional expert‑sales initiatives aligned with Mastercard’s business and revenue goals.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise and end‑to‑end project management, coordinating cross‑functional partners.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of SME payment products and services, particularly SME cards.
• Significant sales and business development experience in the SME space.
• Strong account management skills with ability to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
• Proven project and relationship management experience across multicultural, multi‑geographic environments.
• Excellent negotiating and influencing abilities, capable of executing through indirect reports.
