Integration Engineer

About the role

The Integration Engineer will deliver high‑quality Ericsson cloud infrastructure solutions for CN Cloud & Common customers. You will work on requirement analysis, configuration, implementation, validation, upgrades, migrations, expansions and integration of Ericsson NFVI and CNIS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, upgrade, migrate and expand Ericsson Cloud Infrastructure according to approved designs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during deployment and integration.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to integrate Core Network VNFs/CNFs, OSS/BSS and orchestration components.
• Analyse requirements and design documents for planning and delivery estimates.
• Conduct testing, acceptance and document all artefacts.
• Act as the technical interface with customers during delivery and acceptance.
• Develop and maintain Low‑Level Design, Test Procedures and other technical documentation.
• Engage with Product Development via JIRA and Salesforce for issue resolution.
• Improve methodologies, tools, automation and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with Ericsson processes, legal, financial, E+OHS, data security and privacy standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure integration, preferably in telecom or IT.
• Hands‑on experience with Ericsson NFVI, CNIS or similar OpenStack/Kubernetes telco cloud platforms.
• Customer‑facing or service‑delivery project experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of distributed cloud, virtualization, container orchestration, SDN/storage and automation.

• Python and Bash scripting.
• JIRA and Salesforce.
• CNFs, VNFs and telecom network architectures.
