DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes platforms within our innovative R&D studio.

Key responsibilities

• Own CI/CD across Azure Pipelines and GitLab CI, including YAML pipelines, multi‑stage builds, artifact publishing and shared templates.
• Provision, operate and upgrade Kubernetes clusters with Rancher, Helm charts, autoscaling, roll‑outs and etcd backups.
• Manage Azure estate – App Services, compute, networking, storage, Key Vault and managed identities – ensuring cost hygiene and right‑sizing.
• Introduce Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Bicep, creating reusable modules and managing state.
• Build and maintain monitoring, Grafana dashboards, centralized logging and alerting that focus on real incidents.
• Handle production duties: releases, incident response, backup/restore drills and on‑call rotation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE or platform engineering with production ownership.
• Strong hands‑on Linux skills and ability to debug services from the shell.
• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines that other teams depend on.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes in production, including deployments, services, ingress, RBAC and Helm packaging.
• Solid Docker expertise with multi‑stage builds and image hygiene.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services and networking fundamentals.
