Commercial Manager - Integrated Solutions

About the role

Baker Hughes is seeking a Commercial Manager for Integrated Solutions to lead proposal development, contract negotiation and commercial risk assessment across a strategic market segment. You will work closely with technical teams and customers to deliver value‑adding solutions in the oil and gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit proposals, bids and tender documentation.
• Negotiate contracts with customers while ensuring compliance with commitments.
• Assess commercial risk and drive competitive pricing to protect shareholder value.
• Develop a long‑term vision for the product line and lead business‑development planning.
• Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical colleagues to adapt solutions to client environments.
• Handle key accounts for the product line and support medium‑sized sales across large territories.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a scientific discipline or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in proposals, commercial activities and tendering.
• Strong technical background and understanding of the oil & gas industry.
• Analytical, organized problem‑solving approach with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English and proven interpersonal/leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with MS Project.
