Business Developer – Building & Infrastructure Services

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Business Developer to expand our footprint in the Building & Infrastructure sector. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, securing contracts, and driving revenue growth across a portfolio of technical services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to meet annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, EPC firms, government entities, investors and industrial clients.
• Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project award.
• Coordinate with technical teams to design tailored service solutions and ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM pipeline and monitor market trends, competitor activity and strategic opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in business development or sales within the construction, infrastructure or related technical services sector.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Strong business development and sales negotiation capabilities.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and contract negotiations.
