About the role

The bank is seeking a junior lawyer to work with the Enforcement Department. The successful candidate will support the execution of court decisions related to problematic loans and represent the bank’s interests in enforcement proceedings.

Key responsibilities

• Implement necessary measures to enforce court decisions that favor the bank concerning problematic loans.
• File appeals and objections against court and enforcement decisions that are not aligned with the bank’s interests.
• Execute tasks assigned for the enforcement of final court rulings on problematic loans.
• Ensure that legal steps are taken to direct debtor income and assets toward satisfying the bank’s claims.
• Participate in auctions related to problematic loans in accordance with legislation and take required actions.
• Prepare legal documents and reports related to enforcement actions.

Required profile

• Higher education in law.
• Excellent command of Azerbaijani and intermediate proficiency in Russian.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
