Senior Digital Marketing Manager (AI-savvy)

About the role

Pexly is looking for a senior‑level digital marketer who can combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to build a high‑performing B2B lead‑generation engine. The role is fully remote and focuses on leveraging AI and automation across the entire marketing funnel, from prospect research to conversion analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute Pexly’s B2B demand‑generation strategy, optimizing the full funnel from awareness to sales‑qualified leads.
• Test new channels, campaigns, tools and AI‑driven approaches to increase qualified lead volume.
• Optimize the website and SEO, creating conversion‑focused landing pages and using AI to improve keyword positioning.
• Produce thought‑leadership content (blogs, case studies, customer stories) and measure its impact on pipeline.
• Manage LinkedIn presence, develop targeted outreach, and support senior management’s personal profiles.
• Identify, implement and maintain AI tools, agents and marketing automation platforms that boost scalability and cost efficiency.

• Commercial mindset with a proven track record of driving qualified pipeline.
