Paymaster & Contract Administrator

About the role

The Paymaster & Contract Administrator ensures accurate and timely payroll processing while managing contract documentation and compliance. Working closely with Finance, HR, Legal, and Procurement, this role supports the financial and administrative integrity of the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Process and review payroll data to guarantee correct employee payments.
• Maintain payroll records, prepare reports, perform reconciliations and accruals, and assist with audits.
• Monitor compliance with payroll, labor, and tax regulations and support related reporting.
• Administer contracts, keep contract files up to date, track renewals and key terms, and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, and external parties on payroll and contract matters.
• Support additional finance and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in payroll, accounting, contract administration, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
