DX Promo Manager – BCCA (Belarus, Caucasus, Central Asia)

About the role

The DX Promo Manager will lead the promotional agenda across the BCCA region (Belarus, Caucasus, Central Asia), building a unified promotion strategy and governance framework. This newly created strategic capability will connect Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Marketing, Supply Chain and other functions to drive promotional effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the promotional operating model, establishing clear ownership and decision rights across functions.
• Develop channel‑specific promotional strategies for OT, TT, AFH and E‑commerce, aligning investments with commercial priorities and customer strategies.
• Plan and manage the promotional budget in partnership with Revenue Growth Management, ensuring alignment with AOP commitments.
• Implement governance, performance visibility and execution oversight to optimise promotional execution.
• Build and institutionalise processes, ways of working and reporting tools to bring consistency, transparency and accountability.

Required profile

• Higher education in Economics, Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years FMCG experience in Commercial Planning, Revenue Growth Management, Trade Marketing or similar functions.
• At least 2 years of people‑management experience.
• Strong understanding of promotional management, trade investment optimisation and commercial planning.
• Proven ability to build cross‑functional processes in complex organisations.
• Excellent analytical and commercial acumen with stakeholder‑management and influencing skills.
• English and Russian proficiency at Upper‑Intermediate level or higher.
