Account Manager – Enterprise Cybersecurity (Azerbaijan)

About the role

TrendAI™, the AI security unit of Trend Micro, is looking for an Account Manager to drive sales of its cybersecurity portfolio across major enterprise accounts in Azerbaijan. The role focuses on building relationships with C‑level stakeholders, identifying business needs and delivering tailored solutions that protect customers’ digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of major enterprise accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
• Identify client initiatives, advise on best‑practice cybersecurity, networking and cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with resellers, Global System Integrators and internal teams (technical, marketing, regional account managers) to close opportunities.
• Develop accurate forecasts, account plans and maintain data in Salesforce.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging threats.
• Represent TrendAI™ at industry events and conferences as needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of account management experience in IT or security solution companies.
• Proven track record selling to large enterprises in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Government, BFSI or commercial markets.
• Ability to engage and influence C‑level executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Management or equivalent experience.
