Process Lead – Azerbaijan Nationals Only

About the role

Worley is seeking a Process Lead to head a process engineering team, overseeing all project phases from concept to delivery. The role is open to Azerbaijani nationals and focuses on delivering safe, compliant, and efficient solutions for oil & gas projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary process engineering team throughout project lifecycles.
• Develop process simulations, PFDs, P&IDs, and detailed process datasheets.
• Perform material and energy balance calculations.
• Conduct design reviews, HAZOP studies and other process safety assessments.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, vendors and clients to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior process engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of process engineering experience, preferably in oil & gas.
• Strong communication and project management abilities.
• Chartered Engineer status is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HYSYS and Aspen Plus for process simulation.
