HSE Supervisor (Nationals Only)

About the role

The HSE Supervisor ensures the consistent application of the company's Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Management System across all contractor activities. Working closely with the Senior Supervisor, the role focuses on risk identification, mitigation, and continuous improvement of safety performance on site.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce HSE Management System and Bridging Documents for all contractors.
• Support risk analysis, job analysis, and participation in kick‑off, pre‑spud and daily meetings.
• Deliver HSE inductions, ensure training compliance, and coach crews on best practices and company HSE Golden Rules.
• Coordinate emergency plans, drills, and incident investigations, including Cause Tree analysis and reporting in the Synergi system.
• Prepare and present HSE Committee reports, maintain HSE KPI dashboards, and manage corrective actions from audits and incidents.
• Organise HSE campaigns (Zero Fatality, Work at Height, Stop Work Authority, etc.) and ensure waste management plan compliance.
• Conduct spot audits of permits, equipment, facilities, and emergency evacuation routes.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in HSE supervision within an industrial or offshore environment.
• Strong knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, and audit processes.
• Ability to work with multinational contractor teams and communicate safety feedback effectively.
• Eligibility to work as a national of the host country.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Synergi HSE reporting system.
• Experience using HSE Management Systems and conducting Operational Risk Analyses.
• Competence in incident investigation techniques such as Cause Tree analysis.
• Audit planning and execution skills.
