Grocery Associate – Full‑time

About the role

Wolt Market is expanding its grocery delivery service and is looking for enthusiastic Grocery Associates to work in its Baku store. As a Grocery Associate you will be the heart of the operation, preparing customer orders quickly and accurately so they can be handed over to couriers or picked up by customers.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack items for each online order, ensuring correct products and quantities.
• Label and organize packages for smooth hand‑over to couriers or customers.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, following health and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory checks and restocking as needed.
• Collaborate with the store team to meet daily order volume targets.
