About the role

The Fairmont Gold Lounge Attendant delivers exceptional, personalized service to Fairmont Gold guests, keeping a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining impeccable presentation standards and providing seamless food and beverage service throughout the day. The role is central to creating memorable guest experiences while upholding the hotel's luxury service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service that exceeds expectations.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Prepare and set up breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails and refreshments according to brand standards.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining luxury hospitality etiquette.
• Perform guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.
• Respond to guest requests such as transportation, restaurant reservations, wake-up calls and concierge assistance.

Required profile

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
• Previous customer service experience is desirable; experience as a waiter or assistant waiter is an advantage.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, prioritize tasks, work well in a team and adapt to different hours and shifts.
• Reliable, disciplined and able to maintain a professional appearance.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent service quality in a fast-paced environment.
